Name-IfyouhavechangedyournameyoumustfilloutaRequestforNameChangeandsubmitittotheRegistrar’sOffice.Alongwiththeform,youarerequiredtoprovideacopyofthelegaldocumentissuedtoyou(e.g.MarriageCertificateorCourtOrder).

Employment
OnCampus-Full-TimestudentsmaybeeligibleforOn-CampusemploymentifitisdirectlyaffiliatedwithLakeSuperiorStateUniversityandservingourstudents.Employmentcannotexceed20hoursperweekwhileschoolisinsession.StudentsmayworkFull-Time(40hours)duringschoolbreaksaslongastheyareplanningtoenrollFull-Timethenextsemester.

CurricularPracticalTraining(CPT)-Full-TimestudentsmustbeenrolledforoneacademicyearbeforetheycanbeeligibleforCPT.ThereisnorestrictiononthenumberofhoursastudentcanworkperweekwhileinCPT.Tomaintainstatus,studentscompletingCPTmustremainenrolledFull-Time.
