Little Laker Club Swimming

Little Lakers Club Swimming is a new program beginning Summer 2023. This is a program for those looking to get a heads up or a start in the competitive swimming sport.

This program is designed for swimmers 11-14, and is coached by one of our senior level aquatic staff at the Norris Center and NCAA swimmer. Participants will begin to refine their stroke development, stay in shape and really get a leg up on the competition come the fall. With practices only 2 days a week for 1.5 hours, its the perfect opportunity for your preteen/early teen swimmer to stay wet all summer long.

Junior Lifeguarding

Youth ages 12-15 can sign up for our exciting new Junior Lifeguard program. Our Junior Lifeguard program is designed to teach youth the core lifesaving skills that certified lifeguards have. Participants will also go through lifeguard fitness training. Participants must be able to swim four lengths of the pool unassisted. We will have 2 – 8 Session classes with class 1 beginning June 20

SUM23JRL1 will be Tuesday and Thursdays beginning June 20 6pm – 7:30pm

SUM23JRL2 will be Tuesday and Thursdays Beginning July 25 6pm – 7:30om

The cost for SUM23JRL is $75 for 8 Sessions

US Masters Swimming

Join this new opportunity for Summer 23

Adults 18+ can join our US Masters Swim Team. Our Masters team will practice Mondays and Wednesdays 6pm-7:30pm Adults can sign up for 2 days per week practice options. Cost is $100 for 18 summer practices beginning June 19. Participants will receive coaching from an LSSU certified Masters swim coach and NCAA Swimmer. In addition to team fees, participants will need to register with USMS at https://www.usms.org/

Aqua-Tots

Aqua-Tots is offered each Saturday morning beginning June 23 and runs from 8am-8:50am. The cost for this 8 week class session is $75. To register for the complete 8 week session, please fill out the form below. Aqua-Tots is an adult with child class for children birth to 5 years old. Children will gain comfort and experience in the water, while adults will learn tools they can use to help young ones in the water. Every registered child can have up to 2 adults with them for the class.

SUM23WA

Our SUMMER 23 Water Aerobic class is open to all people of all abilities. The class is especially beneficial for seniors and those with mobility issues.

SUM23WA will meet M-F 9am-9:50am. The cost for SUM23WA is $75. Classes will begin June 12
