First, students must be registered with Accessibility Services to receive any accommodations. To register contact Accessibility Services at (906) 635-2355.
Then, at the beginning of each academic year, students seeking accommodation services need to:
Indicate to Accessibility Services (AS) your desire to receive accommodations by coming to the office and picking up your Letter of Accommodation for each professor.
If requested, provide updated, relevant, and current disability documentation.
Complete any necessary forms for requesting accommodations (e.g., requests for textbooks, note takers, equipment).
Meet with your professors to discuss your individual accommodations.
Please see Testing Services for information regarding testing or to schedule an exam.
