SOLAR SPECTACLE – Lake Superior State University Webmaster Jason Wenglikowski uses a special filter to view the Aug. 21 solar eclipse as it appeared at 2:17 p.m. EDT in Sault Ste. Marie, Mich. Hundreds of spectators enjoyed clear weather for a special eclipse viewing event hosted at Lake State that featured solar telescopes, filters, and faculty experts who answered questions.
